Treats symptoms of urinary tract infections including dysuria (painful urination), urinary frequency, urgency, and suprapubic discomfort. May be used as adjunctive therapy alongside antibiotics for UTIs.

Combines multiple active ingredients: methenamine (a urinary antiseptic that converts to formaldehyde in acidic urine to kill bacteria), methylene blue (mild antiseptic), and hyoscyamine (an antispasmodic that relaxes urinary tract smooth muscle to reduce cramping and urgency).

May cause blue-green discoloration of urine. Contraindicated in patients with glaucoma, urinary retention, or severe kidney disease. Avoid in patients taking MAO inhibitors or those with sulfonamide sensitivity. Should be used with caution in elderly patients. Not appropriate for long-term use without medical supervision.
