Temporary relief of nasal congestion and sinus pressure due to common cold, allergic rhinitis, hay fever, or other upper respiratory allergies.

Phenylephrine is an alpha-1 adrenergic agonist that constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and inflammation to open airways.

Should not be used by individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes, or glaucoma without consulting a doctor. Use should be limited to 3 days; prolonged use may worsen congestion. Avoid with MAO inhibitors and certain other medications.
