Loteprednol etabonate is a corticosteroid that suppresses the inflammatory response by inhibiting multiple inflammatory pathways and reducing immune cell activity. Tobramycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that kills susceptible bacteria by disrupting protein synthesis and damaging bacterial cell membranes.
For ophthalmic use only; avoid contamination of the dropper tip. May cause temporary blurred vision after application. Long-term steroid use may increase intraocular pressure and risk of cataracts. Not recommended for use with contact lenses; remove lenses before application and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting.
