Reference values for CD19+CD27+IgD-IgM+ (class-switched memory B cells) in peripheral blood vary by laboratory and population. Published adult reference ranges generally fall between 10-80 cells/μL (absolute count) or 5-15% of total CD19+ B lymphocytes. Pediatric values differ and should be interpreted using age-appropriate reference data.N/A

Recent vaccinations, immunosuppressive therapy, chemotherapy, or active infection may transiently alter B-cell subset distribution and should be documented at time of collection. Avoid collection within 24-48 hours of high-dose corticosteroid administration if possible.
