Typically reported as percentage of class-switched memory B cells (CD27+IgD-) within the total CD19+CD20+ B cell population. Reference intervals vary by laboratory; commonly reported adult ranges are approximately 6-29% of total B cells. Pediatric reference values are age-dependent and generally higher in young children, declining to adult levels by adolescence.N/A
