Reference range
Reference ranges are laboratory-specific and method-dependent. CD45+CD103+ cells are typically reported as a percentage of total CD45+ lymphocytes or as absolute count per tissue weight/volume. Normal tissue expression of CD45+CD103+ cells is generally low in most tissues; elevated levels may indicate specific immune cell infiltration patterns.N/A
No special patient preparation required. Patients should inform their healthcare provider of all medications, recent transfusions, and immunotherapy, as these may affect immune cell populations.
Clinical interpretation
How abnormal results are interpreted and what conditions they suggest.
