{造血干细胞移植后,血型可能发生永久性改变,定期监测血型变化对输血安全至关重要,新血型的确立通常需要数月时间,血型鉴定结果将指导未来输血和移植的匹配}

Reference range
Reportable blood types: A, B, AB, or O, each with Rh(D) positive or negative. Post-transplant patients may show recipient blood type, donor blood type, or mixed field (dual population indicating chimerism). Reference range is not applicable as this is a qualitative test - result is the identified blood type.N/A
No fasting required. No special preparation needed. Inform laboratory of recent blood transfusions (within last 3 months) as this may affect results. Document stem cell transplant date and donor blood type if known.
Clinical interpretation
How abnormal results are interpreted and what conditions they suggest.
